AOS Callout In Glenfield

North Shore Police are at an address in the suburb of Glenfield where they are continuing their enquiries into an alleged firearms incident prior to noon today.

Police say they were called to an address in Glenfield Road at about 11.15am this morning Monday 30 August 2010 after information was received that a gun shot had been heard by residents living nearby.

Members of the AOS went to the scene and cleared the address soon after.

Three occupants at the address are assisting police with their enquiries.

Cordons in the area have been lifted.

Police thank the local residents for their valuable assistance and cooperation.
