Truck Crash - Whites Line East Lower Hutt

A large truck has broken down on the Whites Line East rail overbridge between Leighton Ave and Randwick Rd, Lower Hutt. Police are requesting that drivers avoid this area if at all possible as traffic has been reduced to one lane causing significant delays. Police and tow operators are on the scene and it is estimated the road will be cleared at approximately 9:00am
