Mike Yarnell from the USA had a great time at the Singlespeed Worlds in Rotorua…and took home a very special souvenir.

At the after race party on Saturday evening, Mike bid $1000 for Julian Dean’s Team Bike Vegas KONA frame.

Later that night he got to meet Julian, who signed the frame and his #905 race plate.

“It was a great result as the money is going to CanTeen, who do fantastic work with young people living with cancer,” says Julian. “My father-in-law, Jim is a long-time supporter of CanTeen so thanks to Bike Vegas for donating the frame.”
