Harcourts Wanganui franchise acquired by experienced hands

Successful Harcourts' franchise Taranaki Property Specialists Ltd has acquired Harcourts' Wanganui franchise and is now operating the office there in addition to four branches in Taranaki.

Principal John Christiansen says he and his business partners are excited about expanding their business into Wanganui and are committed to ensuring the local community gets top-quality service from Harcourts.

“Having built a successful business in Taranaki with offices in New Plymouth, Bell Block, Inglewood and Hawera, we were keen to take the opportunity of entering a new market and look forward to working with the existing Harcourts Wanganui team to grow the business there,” he says.

Mr Christiansen says his company is committed to Wanganui “for the long-haul” and has already taken some positive steps including appointing a new branch manager, experienced Harcourts sales consultant Shona Howe, and organising some training for the team.

“Ultimately our aim is to ensure people interested in buying or selling property in Wanganui and the surrounding area have access to first-class service, systems and support from Harcourts and we’re working with Shona and the other members of the team to deliver that,” he says.
