Mr ROADNIGHT was charged with 'Aggravated Careless Driving Causing Death' after a vehicle accident on the corner of Main North Road and Dickeys Road, Belfast on 5 March 2010. Fifty year old Lyn BODDINGTON died at the scene.
Mr ROADNIGHT has appeared before the Christchurch District Court and has pleaded not guilty to the charge. He next appears before the court on 9 November for a pre-trial conference.
