Domino's Levin Launches New Good Choice Range for Health-Conscious Consumers

Domino’s Levin has launched its new Good Choice Range, offering consumers the choice to enjoy takeaways, without the guilty conscience and just in time for the Levin Family Health Expo on Wednesday.

A new selection of nutritionally-balanced, healthier pizzas, Domino’s Good Choice Range comprises less than 390 calories per individual sized meal and has been designed to offer customers greater variety and the opportunity to make informed decisions when ordering from Domino’s.

Rated by Australia’s Choice Magazine as the best tasting healthy option available in the market, Domino’s Good Choice Range offers lower calories, fat and sodium than traditional pizzas, without compromising on flavour.

Levin Domino’s franchisee Sherry Champion says she’s thrilled to bring the new range to the Horowhenua District and is excited about giving consumers a free taste at the Family Health Expo.

“We have some really delicious pizzas and pasta options for people to indulge in without having to feel the least bit guilty. We’re excited to be at the Expo and able to showcase our range to the type of customer who is looking for a healthier option in their takeaways,” says Champion.

“We also think it’s a fantastic way to show families that good choices, healthier choices can be just as tasty as other takeaway options,” she says.

Domino’s NZ General Manager Josh Kilimnik says the Good Choice Range represents Domino’s ongoing commitment to providing greater choice for its customers and offering healthier choices across its menu.

“Our new range ensures customers can make healthier choices if they want to. We know health-conscious people still want to go out and have fun or order takeaway with friends or family, and the Good Choice Range ensures they can still lead a balanced life,” he says.

“While our Good Choice Range provides healthy, tasty options it’s also about convenience –people can order delivery directly to their home and workplace or pick up while they are on the go. So there’s no excuse for people who are trying to eat healthily, or reduce their calorie intake.”

The Good Choice Range will be available in Domino’s stores nationwide from 14 March 2011 priced from $5.90 and at a free tasting at Levin Family Health Expo on Wednesday (Horowhenua Health Centre, Liverpool Street, Levin, 10am-3pm).
