Police are advising that the driving conditions on the roads around the southern side Mount TARANAKI have become dangerous due to adverse weather and snow.
Police recommend that motorist stay off the roads, as a number of the roads are now becoming impassable.
Areas of concern include but are not limited to,
1) Opunake Road Between STRATFORD and OPUNAKE
2) Roads around KAPONGA
3) Roads around MANAIA
4) KAPUNI area
