The Napier Inner City will be celebrating NZ’s Random Acts of Kindness Day on 1st September again. Kindness breeds happiness and it’s a great opportunity to experience or perform small acts of generosity that don’t have to cost anything - hugging someone, holding open a door, carrying parcels or paying a compliment.

Expect the unexpected in town - businesses will be “RAK-ing” random people and spreading good cheer.
