Q Gardens’ have been making their own recipes for delicious natural sauces, chutneys, preserves and relishes for over 10 years. Now they’re turning their hand to something a little bit different and quite unique – tailoring their already delicious artisian products and skills to your individual requirements.

Q Gardens’ new specialised service offers cafes and chefs the opportunity to work with them to create the sauces and chutneys that they need exactly how they want them. The new personalised product can be manufactured in up to 2 litre quantities.

Clients can modify any existing Q Gardens product, or brief the team at Q Gardens about what flavours or ingredients they are looking for. Q Gardens will work with the client to arrive at a unique and delicious creation – just for them. Q Gardens can then continue to supply them with generous quantities of their new signature condiment.

One of Q Gardens’ current clients in Auckland wanted “a tomato relish like her mother used to make”. They mentioned sultanas, apples, brown sugar and bay leaves as ingredients. Q Gardens and the client agreed on a product spec, sent a couple of samples, and now supply 10 x 2 litres at a time.

Q Gardens new service is available nationwide and has already been utilized by a number of influential, modern cafes and eateries around New Zealand.
