North Shore - Male body found

At 11am this morning Police were advised the body of a male had been located at the bottom of a cliff at the Northern side of Mairangi bay.

At this time Police do not know the identity of the male.

He is described as a male caucasian, possibly aged in his twenties, wearing dark jeans, a black shirt and a black hooded sweatshirt. The male is not wearing any footwear.

Police are investigating the circumstances of his death and are appealing to the public for anyone who has information in regards to the incident or the possible identification of the deceased.
