Queenstown’s newest village location on the sunny side of Lake Wakatipu is a conference organisers dream. Hilton Queenstown officially opened in the village in late June 2011 and is offering a full meeting and events service which includes several exclusive ‘clip on’ packages. Hilton Queenstown has 178 rooms and a maximum event capacity of 220. Several conference rooms have outdoor areas and spectacular lake and mountain views. A further 98 rooms are available at the neighbouring Kawarau Hotel, managed by Hilton. The Village is connected to downtown Queenstown via the Kawarau Village shuttle service and water taxi service.
