Man charged with indecent assault at Westfield Queensgate Lower Hutt

An Upper Hutt man is in police custody following an indecent assault at the Westfield Queensgate shopping mall in Lower Hutt yesterday afternoon.
Detective Sergeant Anthony Tebbutt of the Lower Hutt CIB says the 45 year old man was arrested around 1.30pm yesterday for indecently assaulting a young female at Westfield.
"The man also faces a second charge of indecent assault relating to an incident that occurred in Upper Hutt on the 25th of October 2011."
The man will appear in the Lower Hutt District Court tomorrow.
