The hearing of submissions will take place in Council Chambers District Administration Building, Seymour Street, Blenheim on Thursday 12 April, 2012 commencing at 9:00am. Those submitters who indicated that they wish to be heard at the hearing have been contacted and scheduled a time to speak. The hearing will continue of Friday 13 April, 2012, although it is anticipated it will conclude mid morning.
