SAP and New Zealand SAP User Group (NZSUG) announce the country's largest ever SAP centric event

SAP and New Zealand SAP User Group (NZSUG) announced today that the SAP Forum and the NZSUG Summit 2012 will be held concurrently, creating the country’s largest SAP-centric event.

The event will be held on 23 August 2012 at the Hilton Auckland and will bring new innovations in business software to SAP customers, partners and prospects. It will feature the very latest SAP strategy, technology and industry content, and is expected to attract over 200 senior executives, IT decision makers and business managers from across New Zealand.

“The event will bring together the SAP community in New Zealand, enabling dialogue between influencers, customers and prospects along with partners and other members of the SAP ecosystem,” said Graeme Riley, Managing Director, SAP New Zealand. “By joining forces with NZSUG we are able to offer a deeper knowledge pool to help New Zealand businesses innovate and maximise their IT investment.”

The event will comprise of:

• SAP Forum New Zealand – a half-day component that replaces SAP’s annual World Tour event. Featuring the latest in SAP innovation, SAP Forum will feature international keynote speakers including Dr. Kerstin Geiger, SAP Global Head of Industry Solutions, Nick Brown Senior Vice President, Mobile Strategy & Solution Management and Nayaki Nayyar, Global Vice President of Corporate Strategy for SAP’s cloud business.

• NZSUG Summit 2012 – a half day component outlining the best of the current SAP user environment. The event agenda will feature presentations from New Zealand’s user community with business transformation stories, lessons learned from implementations and business case content , along with keynote speaker Bridgette Chambers, CEO, ASUG

• An exhibition that will provide sponsors with a unique opportunity to showcase their capabilities, network with customers, key SAP executives, and partners from the broader SAP ecosystem.
