Successful businesses thrive on change, yet few really know how to create the right culture that drives continual success. Understanding culture and how to influence behaviour is fundamental to achieving outcomes businesses want. In these challenging times, organisations that can harness the power of people are the ones that will flourish.

Fit for the Future 2012 is a conference focused on change, progress and vision. It offers an impressive line-up of leaders and expert speakers who paint a clear picture of the route to success in tomorrow’s world. Attendees will learn how to get the very best from people in any situation, to help them deliver the results they want.

Speakers include: Michael Henderson, A Corporate Anthropologist who has spent 30 years researching the most effective ways of creating high performance cultures. His research included looking at traditional tribes and organisational cultures in 40 countries. He will speak on “Company Culture Turn Around: Developing culture leadership and lifting staff engagement”.

Charles Anderson, CEO of Sovereign Assurance who will speak on “The importance of Rio+20 for business.” Sovereign has placed itself at the forefront of a global initiative to transform the insurance industry into an agent of change and will talk about how they are pioneering this journey.
