Everybody loves cheese! And those who don’t aren’t worth worrying about*.  Next time you’re looking to impress, why not try one of these delicious Mad Millie recipes, using the freshest of homemade cheeses. It doesn’t get much more impressive than that! All you need is milk and a Mad Millie Cheese
Making Kit to make the cheese for these mouth-watering recipes.

Mad Millie Mascarpone Truffles

Mad Millie kit you will need - Beginner’s Italian Kit

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup Mad Millie mascarpone
• 1 cup of pecans
• ½ cup of walnuts
• 8 Sponge fingers
Method:
• Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until nearly smooth.
• Set aside until firm.
• When firm, roll into teaspoon-sized balls.
• Roll balls in chopped nuts, coconut or whatever else takes your fancy!
• Place in the fridge to set.

Mad Millie Halloumi Stack

Mad Millie kit you will need – Fresh Cheese Kit

Ingredients:

• Olive oil
• Portobello mushrooms
• Mad Millie Halloumi
• Prosciutto
• Fresh herbs of your choice
• Lightly toasted Turkish bread, to serve
• Salt and pepper
Method:
• Pan-fry Portobello mushrooms in a little olive oil.
• Slice Mad Millie Halloumi and pan-fry until golden brown.
• Layer mushrooms, halloumi, posciutto and fresh herbs.
• Secure with a skewer.
• Drizzle with olive oil and season.
• Serve with Turkish bread on the side.
