Second arrest in Northcote home invasion

Christchurch Police have arrested a second man in relation to the alleged home invasion of a young family in Northcote early yesterday morning.

A 21-year old Christchurch man was arrested this morning and is expected to appear in court today, on a charge of aggravated robbery.

Police executed search warrants this morning at two separate addresses in the Northcote area.

Detective Sergeant Chris Power says Police are continuing to speak to a number of people of interest, and additional individuals may face charges in relation to the incident.
