Makeover for Grasslees Reserve - Have Your Say

The Grasslees Reserve, near Tawa Pool, will soon have a makeover and we're asking residents for their ideas.

We've developed a concept plan that will be on show at the Tawa Pool open day on Saturday 17 November.

Some of the ideas include new paths and a new bridge to improve the links between both halves of the park and to the Porirua Stream. A kids' wheeled play area could replace the old skating rink. Other possibilities are new toilets and a basketball court, and improvements to the picnic area and playground. New car parks are proposed alongside the dog exercise area.
