Appology- Ann Tiller. Pharmacist.

On 5 December 2010 I allowed to be published a media release entitled “Massive Mark-ups Make Medicine Difficult for Families to Afford”. I acknowledge that statements in this article impaired or had the potential to impair the public’s confidence in the pharmacy profession and could be read as criticism of my professional colleagues.

It was never my intention to create such impressions or make such criticisms. I accept that statements in the release were inappropriate. I unreservedly apologise to all members of the pharmacy profession for those statements and for any distress caused.
