Whangarei Police attended at the scene of a fatal crash at 8.30pm on Tuesday 2nd March 2008.
The scene of the crash was on Marua Rd, East of Hikurangi Township.
The crash involved a singular vehicle.
A front seat passenger in the vehicle died at the scene. The passenger was a male aged 28 years.
The name of the deceased is being with-held pending extended family notification.
