Serious crash on the intersection of Durham and Tuam Streets at 7.30 pm on Friday 5 December 2008
Detective Senior Sergeant HARVEY says that an 18 year old labourer has been charged with Unlawful taking of the Subaru involved in the crash, Failure to stop and two charges Reckless Driving causing injury.

The male will appear that the Christchurch District Court on Monday 8 December.

There has been no change in the condition of the occupants of the second vehicle.

Detective Senior Sergeant HARVEY says that further charges will be laid.
