Tauranga Police Seek Recovery of Stolen Laptop

TAURANGA

Tauranga Police are seeking the assistance of the public in recovering a laptop computer stolen from two females on Sunday the 10th of July.

At about 9.45pm, the two females were walking down Sutherland Road when a vehicle stopped next to them. A male person from the vehicle got out and grabbed a laptop one of the females was carrying before getting back into the vehicle and driving off.

The laptop is an unusual brand, MSI, and has a Chinese operating system. All the information and data stored on the computer is in Chinese.

Police are seeking any information that might lead to the identification of the people responsible for this theft and or the recovery of the stolen item.
