An articulated truck and trailer unit has crashed on SH 2 near Graham Rd at Te Karaka between Gisborne and Opotiki.

The road is completely blocked and long delays can be expected.

Heavy lifting equipment is being used to help clear the road to enable it to be re-opened as soon as possible.
