The 'beautiful game' is coming to the ASB Sports Centre, with free sessions this Friday 4 May at 5pm to launch Fun Football - a new sporting activity for children.

No matter what their ability, Fun Football will give children the chance to experience football in a fun environment and begin a sporting habit that lasts for life. Children will enjoy learning new skills, playing the game and meeting some of Wellington's best coaches.

Sessions will run on Fridays after school (5-6pm) and on Sunday mornings (9.30-10.30am) for nine weeks.
The sessions starting this week are:

• Friday 4 May, 5pm: Mixed fun football (boys and girls) and Girls' only football (both 7-10 years)
• Sunday 6 May, 9.30am: Mixed first kicks football (4-6 years) and Mixed fun football (7-10 years).

Registration for Fun Football is open now - the cost is $60 for eight weeks (first week free), or $8 per week (bookings and space permitting). To book or to find out more, phone the ASB Sports Centre on 803 0500.
