Police request public assistance to locate a 58 year old dementia sufferer who has walked of from a Shirley Rest Home around 10pm on Thursday 3 May 2012.

Wayne Clarke is described as a Male, Caucasian, approximately 180cm tall, slim build, neck length white hair, beard and moustache with a tattoo on the back of his right hand.  Clothing is unknown but possible wearing a black jersey.
