Harcourts Levin ran 7 mortgagee auctions in their Harcourts Auction Rooms at 12 Exeter Street Levin. (in conjunction with Colliers)

There were more than forty people in attendance and bidding was at good levels with bids from the floor and through phonebids with assistance from Tom Childs and Harcourts Auction Manager Wayne Sutton

Three properties were sold under the hammer:

1. 47 Bruce Road sold for $41,000 + GST
2.  23 Tiro Tiro Raod sold for $220,000 + GST
3. 11 Sheffield Street sold for $260,000 + GST

Three properties are already under futher negotiations with prospects looking good.

It was certainly an occasion with two Auctioneers, wide screen action and forty in attendance:

1. Matthew Ryan - Colliers National Auction Manager - calling four auctions
2. Stuart Pescini - the "Harcourts Levin Auction Smith" - calling three auctions
