Open fire ban in Blenheim from 31 May 2013

The Marlborough District Council in accordance with the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Air Quality) Regulations 2004 is required to advise that pursuant to:

• Regulation 24A(3) and (4) the discharge of particles from solid-fuel burning open fires within the Blenheim airshed installed on or after the 31 May 2013 will be prohibited.
