Best Pavlova Recipe

 Named after Anna Pavlova (the Russian ballerina) who came to dance in New Zealand in 1926, the Pavlova has become New Zealand's most famous dessert. Though great rivalry still exists between Australian's and New Zealander's as to which country originally developed the recipe, it has now been proven that there is no documented evidence of the Pavlova in Australia's history prior to 1935, and yet it is documented in New Zealand cookbooks immediately after 1926!

During a 'Coast to Coast' Tour, (Auckland's ECO-tour & Farm visit tour), overseas visitors can experience this fabulous dessert at the operator's sheep farm & historic Homestead.
