Asserts Will: “The latest trail over Nelson from yesterday, a weird looking one, like a very solid looking core, like a long string in the centre. Not like the normal drippy fingers effect. Maybe they are changing the mixture. Haven’t seen the polymer fibers in the air yet here, but interesting to read the HAARP connection from Will Thomas about how they hold the heat to change the weather patterns or whatever other purposes it has.”
