Originally from Otago Miss Rongen has returned to her birth place, Invercargill to begin her future career.
With main interests in the Media and the Arts this eager student has a wide curiosity in everything colourful and news worthy.
Her dream job would be to end up in any form of Journalism ranging from writing for newspapers, magazines, radio, or television.

Burton loses job at Auckland Zoo.
SOUTHLAND — I thought the story in the Southland Times was really interesting and I was informed about alot of facts that I did not already know about Mr Burton. It's very strange that he worked at the museum for so long without anyone noticing.
