We are Nelson's Premier Boutique Hot Yoga Studio.

We currently offer a variety of Hot Yoga Classes including Moksha,

Yin, Power Vinyassa and Hot Flow.

All classes are totally suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike and are of 90 minutes duration.

We cater for all ages, from early teens to senior citizens and offer modifications in all postures to accomodate different body types and abilities.
