CCCFA Credit Law Reforms

By now most lenders should be well aware that there are changes to Consumer Credit law that come into effect on 6th June. Essentially there are 2 key pieces of reform. These are the Amendments to the CCCFA and the Responsible Lending Code. These both come into effect for Contracts entered into on or after 6th June 2015.
