Fusion5 To Sponsor Inaugural Live Chat Award At This Year's Crm Contact Centre Awards

Fusion5 is delighted to announce that they are the official sponsors of the inaugural Live Chat Award category of the prestigious 2016 CRM Contact Centre Awards.

Introduced in 1997, they are the largest Awards for the Contact Centre Industry in New Zealand.

They provide an annual 'snapshot' of how New Zealand contact centres are responding to customer enquiries over the phone and via the internet through an extensive mystery shopping exercise. Starting in July 2016, this wide-reaching survey startsed in July for a 4-6 week period. It measures the quality of service delivered by contact centres, and also raises awareness of the impact customer service has on a company’s image. Over 100 contact centres are expected to participate and hotly compete for recognition this year. 

The CRM Contact Centre Awards have gained considerable momentum in New Zealand, with increasing numbers of companies realising the importance of providing their customers with superior contact centre service.

The winners will be announced on 16 September at a high-profile ceremony in Auckland. Based on the numbers from previous years, it’s anticipated that this year’s event will attract over 700 attendees representing New Zealand's top contact centres.

It will be exciting to see who wins the new Live Chat category, and we certainly hope that we see some of our clients take the challenge and enter.
