Auckland City Toyota are very pleased to announce they have been awarded the New Vehicle Excellence Cup at the recent 2017 Toyota New Zealand Dealer awards.
This award is one of the most prestigious and one of the most fiercely competitive. Auckland City Toyota were successful in delivering 1663 Brand New Vehicles, the most in New Zealand, while providing the highest level of customer service voted by their customers.
Toyota New Zealand Dealerships acquire points for the awards throughout the year. The points are accumulated across a variety of different aspects including: commitment to company growth, investment in people development and training, customer experience, sales target achievement, facilities and mystery shopper results. The top three highest ranking dealerships in these aspects continue to become finalists before being selected for the award.
