With the heading, “Are you a happy customer?” Turners recently ran a promotion, looking for customers who have bought or sold cars with Turners Cars, to tell their story as part of their new national TV commercial. All those customers who had had a great experience with Turners were asked to write their story, and the best five stories were awarded a $100 fuel voucher each.

One lucky person was also given the chance to be the face of Turners’ national TV commercial for the next 12 months, and being generously remunerated to boot. All those interested were asked to post a video or to leave a comment on Turners’ Facebook page, with a recent photograph of themselves in the comment box, highlighting the following:
a. Did you buy or sell a car?
b. How did you buy or sell the car? (BuyNow, CashNow, Auction, etc.)
c. Why did you decide to buy or sell the car? (car broke down, upgrade, downgrade, etc)
d. How did Turners help you in the end? (they had what you wanted, their sales executives recommended something else, etc.)
e. At which branch did this transaction occur?
f. What made your experience special?
g. Would you deal with Turners Cars or recommend them to your friends in the future?
h. Anything else you’d like to add?

The successful customer was required to be available for a ½ day shoot in April and another ½ day shoot in early May, with the shoot to take place in Auckland. Unsurprisingly, they were inundated with so many fabulous stories, it was difficult to choose a winner, proving what a great idea this was to put a face to the Turners commercial.

Turners Cars wrapped up their financial year with a big sale, with over 400 cars with more than more than ½ a million dollars slashed! Now, they have an Easter sale coming up from 12 – 24 April, so be sure to check out the discounts and book a test drive.

One more thing from Turners - a reminder of three ways to buy and sell; BuyNow, auction or trade-in. “We’ll buy your car even if you don’t buy ours.”
