Towelling It Launch New 2017 Summer Range

Auckland based beach towel design and retail company – Towelling It, have just released their brand new designs for summer 2017.

Launching four new beach towels, available via their website, Towelling It ‘s new designs draw on a combination of Kiwiana and geometric patterns and all at their signature extra-large size of 1m x 2m.

“With these new designs we wanted to build on the success and positive reception that our previous runs of extra-large beach towels received”, comments Towelling It founder, Emma Wilson.

“The new designs are offer a mix of our traditional, geometric patterns with fresh, Kiwiana inspired designs which pay homage to our company’s strong Kiwi roots”.

Established in 2014, Towelling It, was founded out of a frustration at the size of beach towels available on the market at that time. Aiming to combine functionality with unique design, Wilson and co-founder, Charlotte Rose, set out to create a towel which would enhance the summer experience.

Since then, they have taken a relatively simple concept and expanded it into a successful online business, with a strong social media presence including over 9,000 followers on Facebook.

“Most kiwis are beach bums at heart - including ourselves. When we started Towelling It, we wanted to draw upon NZ’s strong beach culture and create a product which would really stand out from beach towels available through large retailers”.

With an emphasis on functionality and quality, all of Towelling It’s beach towels are 1m x 2m, made with 100% cotton and coloured using eco-friendly dyes.
