The founder of Drainage TV, Sallie Norman, started her career in customer service, and it shows in the way clients are treated at Drainage TV, with Sallie’s insistence on high quality service at all times. As Sallie says, “After a change of career I started working in the drainage industry, working on installing private and public lines for four years, and it was there that I gained extensive knowledge in all types of drainage systems.  At this time I found a gap in the market to provide high quality CCTV inspections, with the insistence on ‘high quality’.” 

In 2007 Sallie founded Drainage TV Ltd, and her vision was to provide a high quality service to her clients, from not only the operator turning up on site on time, to completing the job as requested and receiving high quality reports by qualified operators.  They employ a fulltime auditor to audit all inspections to ensure the quality of inspection is 100%, a service not often offered by other companies. They have also invested in ensuring they have the best quality camera systems to ensure inspections are carried out to the highest standard. They offer additional services as online viewing of DVD and Log Sheets to speed up the inspection process.

Sallie spent the first four years working on the camera vans until the arrival of her son, after which she changed to full time management. However, she still spends time on site to conduct Confined Space Entries and Traffic Control where required on sites.
