Missing German Tourist in Takaka

Police are seeking to locate a 33 German tourist by the name of Marcel SCHUPPENHAUER.
Mr SCHUPPENHAUER was walking the Abel Tasman Track in the Abel Tasman National Park. He stayed at the Bark Bay Hut on the night of the 21st of March. His intentions from there were not known.
He was expected in Takaka at the beginning of this week.
Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Mr SCHUPPENHAUER is asked to contact their nearest Police Station.
