Hamiltons newest rental property website

Houser recently launched a website in Hamilton where landlords can advertise their property for as little as $2.00 using a pay what you want system. The sites owner, Mark Jones, says that all listings are of equal quality and are equally easy to find regardless of the price paid; “We've tried to level the playing field as much as possible”.

Houser boasts advanced search features such as the ability for users to highlight their own listings, ordering of results by distance and a fuel cost calculator. The site is based on profiles of rental property as opposed to plain advertisements. This means that when a user adds their property, the profile is always available and can be edited at any time.
