Tourism Radio partners with Macpac to promote New Zealand’s 100 Best Walks:
(Auckland, New Zealand) Walking, hiking and tramping through New Zealand’s spectacular unspoilt landscape have long been activities at the top of the “must-do” lists of many travellers. People flock to our shores to traverse remote native forests and crystal clear streams, to stroll along our golden sandy beaches, or conquer our snow-capped alpine slopes.

Tourism Radio (http://www.tourismradio.co.nz) recognises New Zealand’s unique natural appeal to visitors from all over the world, and is proud to announce its partnership with the iconic Kiwi outdoor brand, Macpac (http://www.macpac.co.nz). Together, Tourism Radio and Macpac have launched New Zealand’s 100 Best Walks.

Macpac’s CEO, Alex Brandon, says “Macpac is delighted to partner with Tourism Radio to share New Zealand’s greatest 100 walks with tourists from across the world”

The campaign sees relevant route information about some of New Zealand’s most scenic walking and hiking trails given out to travellers via Tourism Radio’s in-car travel guides, as well as their range of mobile travel guide applications. From easy-going 30-minute family walks, to week-long mountain hikes, as well as the 9 Great Walks, New Zealand’s 100 Best Walks has something for everyone.

Tourism Radio CEO Hayden Braddock says, “Macpac is the perfect partner to help us bring essential information about New Zealand’s great outdoors to travellers. They’re a brand synonymous with outdoor adventuring, and we look forward to delivering information about their various stores to our users, as well as promoting New Zealand as the destination of choice for nature walk enthusiasts across the globe.”
