Things at Piranha Tools are as busy as ever, with their Sales Manager, Gaston, returning from a successful week in Christchurch at the end of February. The popular products he showed to Piranha Tools’ customers while he was there included Shinto Rasps and the Shinwa Ink and Chalk Lines from Japan.

Some of the other new products Piranha Tools have just received are the Famag range of Drill Bits from Germany, and the Shinwa Auto Punches from Japan, and they have also just unloaded another shipment of Gorilla Grippers, the panel lifters that make carrying GIB and PLY wood etc really easy.

One of the most popular items over the past few months is the Silky Hibiki Japanese Carpentry Saw, which is a Ryoba type saw that allows the user to both rip-cut and crosscut. And another very busy product at the moment is the RZ Masks – air filtration dust masks that are great for all sorts of applications, from outdoor sports like skiing or mountain biking, to dust and allergy protection in the light construction and agriculture areas.
