With the heading, “Are you a happy customer?” Turners Cars recently ran a promotion, looking for customers who have bought or sold cars with Turners Cars, to tell their story as part of their new national TV commercial. All those customers who had had a great experience with Turners Cars were asked to write their story, and the best five stories were awarded a $100 fuel voucher each.

Two lucky customers were chosen to be featured in the commercial. All those interested were asked to post a video or to leave a comment on Turners Cars’ Facebook page, with a recent photograph of themselves in the comment box, highlighting the following:
a. Did you buy or sell a car?
b. How did you buy or sell the car? (BuyNow, CashNow, Auction, etc.)
c. Why did you decide to buy or sell the car? (car broke down, upgrade, downgrade, etc)
d. How did Turners help you in the end? (they had what you wanted, their sales executives recommended something else, etc.)
e. At which branch did this transaction occur?
f. What made your experience special?
g. Would you deal with Turners Cars or recommend them to your friends in the future?
h. Anything else you’d like to add?

The successful customers was required to be available for a ½ day shoot in May, with the shoot to take place in Auckland. Unsurprisingly, they were inundated with so many fabulous stories, it was difficult to choose a winner, proving what a great idea this was to put a face to the Turners Cars commercial.

Turners Cars wrapped up their financial year with a sale of over 400 cars, with more than ½ a million dollars slashed. Turners Cars recently had their Autumn Clearance Sale with prices slashed on hundreds of cars nationwide. Keep an eye on their May Madness sale with a further 500 cars on sale from 12 – 21 May.

Finally, they have a reminder of three ways to buy and sell: BuyNow, auction or trade-in and, as they say “We’ll buy your car even if you don’t buy ours.” Visit www.turners.co.nz to find out the discounts.
