Philanthropy is very important to DW Homes, who have a strong commitment to communities and to making a difference, and children are especially important to them. As they say, they have kids of their own, and know how devastating it is for parents and families when a child falls ill. This is why they are proud to support Child Cancer Foundation and Cure Kids, as well as several other worthy charities, schools and events including the @Heart Kids Day out, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Cancer Society and the Coastguard.

As they say, “We can’t change the world, but we will do what we can. If you would like to join us to help these charities please email us at philanthropy@dwhomes.co.nz “. Every contract signed with DW Homes enables the customer to nominate one of six charities listed on their website which then receive a cash benefit.

DW Homes are committed to design and build quality, taking a personal interest in ensuring their clients are satisfied during every step of the building process. This was recognised when they were awarded Gold at the Auckland Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

Their standards are high, but they don’t set out to be award-winning builders. Rather, their approach with all their homes is the same. Whether it’s a first home or second home, regardless of size or specification, all DW Homes are based on total quality, total care and total commitment to our clients.

To receive a quality mark, the quality of an entry must be judged at least 50% above industry standard. The quality marks awarded are Bronze, Silver or Gold.

To achieve a Bronze Award, an entry must be of a quality of at least 50% above industry standard and achieve 75 or more of the points available. To achieve a Silver Award, an entry must be of a quality of at least 65% above industry standard and achieve 82.5 or more of the points available, and to achieve a Gold Award, an entry must be of a quality of at least 80% above industry standard and achieve 90 or more of the points available. To win a category, an entry must have the most points compared to others in that category.

If you are ready to build your new home, call them today to discover why a DW Home is not only a good home but ‘good as gold’, and for more information on house sales, home designs and house plans please go to http://www.dwhomes.co.nz .
