Information From Zoomly On Shipping Your IKEA Furniture at Christmas

Sending orders at Christmas can be very tricky, as there is so much freight going all over the country, so Zoomly say they will endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as they can, and apologise if they do not ship to your location. Zoomly will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address which they deem suspicious, and they ship their goods using Castle parcel, PBT for New Zealand deliveries. If your goods have not arrived in good condition, please make notes on the courier's documents, and feel free to contact them within 24 hours upon receiving. Claim notification must be in written form and within seven days of delivery.

Zoomly are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight or volume of items in your cart. For accurate shipping estimates please add the items you wish to buy to your cart. Within seven days of delivery, you may return any item except  preorder items you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a full refund. They will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of their error. They will notify you via e-mail of your refund once they’ve received and processed the returned item.
