Tristram ŠKODA Holds Successful Event for KidsCan Charitable Trust

Tristram European, the leading dealership for ŠKODA NZ in Auckland’s cozy Wairau Valley, held a fundraising event called Fashion at Fabric in partnership with Storm Clothing to help the KidsCan Charitable Trust this month in Hobsonville.

The companies were able to raise $3,000 for KidsCan from ticket sales alone. The event was held on March 5, 2019, at the Fabric Café Bistro in Hobsonville Point, where tickets sold for $85 per person. All the proceeds were donated to the KidsCan Charitable Trust.

The outstanding camaraderie of the companies and the guests truly made for a moving occasion. The evening was filled with fashion, food, and fundraising efforts, wherein people came together for a good cause and to create memories. Models confidently strutted the runway wearing stunning clothing from NZ fashion brand Storm, coupled with the provision of delicious food, and the presentation of beautiful vehicles from Volkswagen & ŠKODA.

Red White Cellar generously donated Bandini Prosecco for the night’s delicious meals while Sound Addiction donated the use of equipment for the night. The Beauty Hub shared its resources for the models’ hair and makeup while the models donated their skills on the runway and their time to make the event a success.

The company also thanked guests for their generosity and enthusiasm for showing up at the event, those who willingly came for a good cause, and had a great time seeing the featured Volkswagen & ŠKODA vehicles.

More than just holding a fruitful affair for the guests, the brands, and the people working behind the scenes, the Fashion at Fabric event aimed to inspire and share with those in need. Due to the success of the event, organisers are keen on making Fashion at Fabric a regular occasion.
