The new Classic Builders Christchurch branch is now open, headed by David Fahey (building consultant) and Troy Lange (construction manager).

Kiwi-owned and operated Classic Builders began over 23 years ago when Peter Cooney and Matt Lagerberg saw a need in the market for quality, value-for-money homes, delivered within a pre-agreed time frame and at a fixed price.

Founded in the Bay of Plenty, Classic Builders is the largest residential house builder in the Bay and is the second largest residential building company in New Zealand. Classic Builders now builds over 650 homes a year and has offices in Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Tauranga, Wellington and Queenstown. Because Classic Builders is still privately owned, this marks a distinct point of difference. The Classic Builders model allows the company to avoid the typical fees of the franchise model, making the home build more cost effective for clients as well as allowing Classic Builders the ability to make quick and precise decisions.

Classic Builders offers house and land packages as well as a full design and build option. Clients can of course make any adjustments necessary to plans to suit their site and requirements, and all new homes built by Classic Builders come with a ten-year warranty.

Yesterday they released their first three KiwiBuild homes, which are proving to be popular. The affordable market sector is one they understand at depth, therefore they choose locations carefully. Their designs are smart and make good use of space while creating attractive, liveable homes, and they have reasonable section sizes as they know people prefer a bit of space. They’re good quality homes which people can feel that as soon as they walk in.  Classic Builders can show people what to look out for when looking for quality, so for more information on house builders Wellington, house and land packages Waikato and residential house builders please go to http://www.classicbuilders.co.nz .
