Health&Sports Fitness Club Introduces New Family Fitness Classes

Health&Sports Fitness Club has introduced family fitness classes that will allow parents and children to work out together. The Family Frenzy class is a fun and energetic class that combines basic boxing techniques along with simple circuit training that is great for increasing fitness and confidence.

The Family Flow is a low impact class combining basic Pilates elements along with stretching, balancing and breathing techniques. Children aged 8 and over can join their parents in these two new supervised classes as part of their fit family memberships.

Health&Sports is the largest fitness club in Kingsland. Their facilities include a spacious gym floor, cardio area (including two stair machines), with over 50 classes each week, a 25m heated pool, sauna, childminding and more.  They have also equipped with the world’s best gym equipment by Technogym.

Group classes can inspire the mind and shape the body. Health&Sports Fitness Club expert trainers and instructors can guide their members from cardio and dance workouts to ultimate resistance training workouts, postural alignment, core strengthening and more.

Their yoga classes are suitable for any age or level of experience. Yoga’s aim is to bring balance on all levels, through physical strength, flexibility and postural alignment. Health & Sports instructors are very experienced and teach a variety of styles depending on the class.

The Pilates group class focuses on postural alignment, core stability and spinal mobility. It uses slow, controlled movements without any equipment to improve body awareness and to correct any imbalances in the body.

The Health&Sports Fitness Club’s HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) group fitness class Incinerate combine strength, plyometric and cardiovascular movements to give clients the most intense and fun workout ever.

The cycling classes incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques for clients to have a completely safe, aerobic and adrenaline pumping ride.  Sculpt classes target the problem areas and working on the buttocks, inner thighs, general leg shaping, and also the abdominals, for a thorough workout. These improve strength and muscular endurance in this class.

Boxing classes combine fun and simple boxing moves along with low-impact and toning exercises. These are great for increasing fitness level and enhancing body-shape and do not need boxing experience to get started.

Pump classes provide the ultimate resistance training workout using barbells, hand weights and body weight, all incorporated to maximise muscle tone. This class targets all major muscle groups with moderate weight and high repetitions. 

Mum’s Club Classes are exercise classes specially catered for women. They consist of Mum’s Club Cardio and Barre.
