The EP JX0 Electric Order Picker delivers the performance of an industrial order picker in a compact, manoeuvrable and capable machine. It is suitable for a wide array of inventory management and fulfilment tasks, minimising operating costs in retail, warehousing and distribution applications.

The EP Electric Order Picker has a maintenance-free AC drive system with quick response, accurate control, and excellent power efficiency. The one-way valve ensures loads stability during lift and lowering functions, which reduces the chance for product damage and assures safe operation. The electrical motor brake provides regenerative braking during deceleration, and the motor, controls and chassis have been developed together to deliver exceptional vehicle maneuverability that drives overall efficiency, productivity, and safety.

The compact ergonomic controls are easy and intuitive while allowing for a large comfortable operating space, and the safe start floor pedal ensures that the operator is in a proper driving position during transit. The rubber seat back cushion and available floor matting reduces strain on the operator, and the retractable side handrails are equipped with safety switches to ensure that the handrails are in the closed position during operation. The slope alarm system alerts the truck operator when driving into or across areas with a grade which may present a safety hazard.

The Electric Order Picker, 3.6 meters, 1Ton capacity has a new design of ergonomical left and right control pot and steering wheel, and all buttons can be reached conveniently and comfortably. The optional front control panel is available for different operator’s preference, and the safe hydraulic system design prevents the mast from falling down abruptly when the hydraulic pipeline cuts off. The innovative AC system offers strong power, accurate control and excellent performance, with a high strength vertical gearbox, giving a longer working life.
