An F.E.2 (Farman Experimental) will be one of many vintage planes in action during this Saturday’s Remembrance Day commemorations at Hood Aerodrome near Masterton. The two-seat pusher biplane was operated as a day and night bomber and as a fighter aircraft during the First World War. It is the only flying example in the world and boasts a 50ft wingspan.
