Paragliders at Muriwai Beach, west Auckland

As the Summer months approach, more paragliders will be seen cruising the air currents over west Auckland's Muriwai beach. Visitors can quite often see them during their 'Coast to Coast Tours' Eco-tour of the region. A gentle walk out to the gannet colony with the gliders overhead, makes for an ideal scene!
